Meet the team

Nessa O’Shaughnessy

“Dedicated to caring for people”

Nessa O’Shaughnessy is dedicated to caring for people. She is passionate about improving their health and wellbeing and creating happier workplaces.

She is a holistic therapist with over 23 years experience in complementary therapies. Starting off with a B.Sc. in Physiology, she founded Stressless and specialises in Massage for the Workplace. She also offers a range of services including Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Massage for Schools and Ergonomic Assessments and also teaches Massage and Anatomy & Physiology.

Ciara O’Connor

Ciara O’Connor qualified in Sports Massage and Neuomuscular Therapy. Since then she has worked as a massage therapist practicing therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and sports massage. She is member of the association of Neuromuscular Physical therapists and regularly attends workshops to update her skills.

Adreinne Smith

Adreinne Smith is qualified in a wide variety of treatments including: Sports Massage and Injury, Holistic Massage, Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. She specialises in Corporate Holistic Therapies. She thoroughly enjoys the dynamics and rewards of this specialised treatment and aspires to help employees to achieve their full potential.

Aoife Mannion

Aoife Mannion is a holistic and massage therapist. Her qualifications include Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Sports Massage, Aromatherapy, Thai Yoga Massage and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher. She has worked in health centers and retreats in Ireland, Argentina and Spain. She wholeheartedly believes in the positive effect of these holistic therapies.

Szilvia Basso

Szilvia Basso began practicing as a Medical Massage Therapist in 2006. Since then, she has trained in Deep Tissue Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Ayurvedic and Shiatsu Massage, in Ireland and India. She blends all these techniques to meet the needs of each client, to relax both body and mind.

Laura Mullan

Laura Mullan is a Holistic Massage therapist and Reiki Master Practitioner. She began massage as a hobby and went on to qualify in Holistic Massage in 2006. She used her skills to relax and invigorate stressed out actors and theatre practitioners in Dublin’s theatre industry as well as corporate clients.
