Her qualifications include a B.Sc. in Physiology from UCC, ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage, ITEC and AOR Diploma in Reflexology, Diploma in Seated Acupressure Massage from the European Institute of Massage, and a Diploma in Indian Head Massage.
She is a member of the Guild of Complementary Practitioners, the Irish Reflexology Institute and the Association of Reflexologists.
