Nessa O’Shaughnessy is a Holistic therapist with over 18 years experience in complementary therapies. Specialising in Massage for the Workplace, she also offers a range of services including Deep Tissue Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Massage for Schools and Ergonomic Assessments.
She also teaches ITEC Diploma courses in Massage and Anatomy & Physiology.
Her qualifications include a B.Sc. in Physiology from UCC, ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage, ITEC and AOR Diploma in Reflexology, Diploma in Seated Acupressure Massage from the European Institute of Massage, Diploma in Indian Head Massage, VDU Assessor from Nifast and Certificate in Adult Education from UCD. She is a member of Embody, the Irish Reflexology Institute and the Association of Reflexologists.
Laura Mullan is a Holistic Massage therapist and Reiki Master Practitioner. She began massage as a hobby and went on to qualify in Holistic Massage in 2006. She used her skills to relax and invigorate stressed out actors and theatre practitioners in Dublin’s theatre industry. Since then, she has provided massage for staff and passengers at Dublin Airport, Kildare Retail Park, Hostelworld and Google.
Her qualifications include an ITEC Diploma in Holistic Massage from The Healing House, Phibsboro, Certificate in On-Site Massage from Walmer College, Raheny and Indian Head Massage from MELT, Temple Bar
Ciara O’Connor qualified in Sports Massage and Neuomuscular Therapy at the National Training Centre, Dublin in 2005.
Since then she has worked as a massage therapist practicing therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and sports massage.
She is member of the association of Neuromuscular Physical therapists, subscribes to the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies and regularly attends workshops and training seminars to update her skills.
